When you’re legally required (which is almost every time) to certify signatures on documents such as deeds, transfer of sales, mortgages, and other legal contracts.

Most documents provide a notary section that either has a pre-written notarization statement or has the space to add it. In the latter case, we can attach a notarization certificate.

A notary public is officiated by the government to help prevent fraud by witnessing the signing of documents or administering legal oaths. The notary is responsible to make sure all participants are willing and that all procedures are completed properly.

All signers get together in person, with the notary present.

The notary reviews the documents and makes sure that they comply with the state’s requirements.

The notary then proceeds to verify the identity of the signers and keeps records of the identification and the documents being notarized.

 

A mobile notary is a notary that comes to your place instead of you visiting their office. Besides this, there’s no difference in the notarization process whatsoever. The requirements, proceedings, and legal implications are the same in either case.

Yes. As long as the signer can directly communicate in US English, and an accompanying document that has the foreign language text written in English, we can notarize it.

Yes, we do. We are operational on all days of the week including Saturdays and Sundays. We’re also available during public holidays.
